This is a work-in-progress hack of FireRed for a Pokemon Anime Version of the game that basically follows the same events of the anime. I see that there have been hacks like this already, so I'm not sure how good mine would be in comparison. But I started this because I wanted to make videos of playing Pokemon all the way through with Ash's lineup, to see just how it would go and it snowballed from there. I'm going to cover the events from each episode in the Kanto and Orange League series. The story follows the same one as the anime, including events, etc. I've basically hacked up to half way through the Orange Islands. You should expect a new Beta every 25 episodes or so, barring updates for bugs/glitches.

update: My squirtle made a brief reappearance as the Ghost of Maiden's peak. Clicking the statue inexplicably causes a level 0 female squirtle to attack. It cannot be caught. Talking to the old woman caused it to revert to Ghastly.

Also, for some reason depositing Squirtle to make room for the Eevee from the Eevee brothers event resulted in him disappearing from my SDB altogether. Awesome hack game with a great amount of detail, but some frustrating glitches. Can't wait for more.

Raised Pikachu higher than level 30 BEFORE defeating Sabrina. This lead to Pikachu becoming completely disobedient regardless of any gym badges I had up until the encounter with the wild Pikachu, at which point it obeyed about 40% of the time.

The only thing I wish it would do is go more in depth with the events like in Pokémon Adventures Red, Green, and Blue. Would give a lot of extra play time and seem more...interactive? No. Can't think of the right word. I still love the game.

ive played the other hacks of ash gray which i enjoyed until it froze at the 'end' where the hack beta finished. this hack plays through nicely, only complaint i have is pikachu doesnt follow you around (i guess because its a firered hack and not a yello

If you capture a Spearow in the begining and use it against team rocket, the game glitches out big time.
